BDC Cloning

Today I would like to clone BDC F33 model 435i.
My cloning is OK, but in the end of the procedure, there are 2 Eeprom file of 95128, one is 95128 of the original one and another one is 95128 of the used one, my question is should I write original 95128 one into the used BDC after cloning?
And one more question, when I do a quick test, I see VIN is correct (VIN in used BDC is the same VIN of car) but when I go into BDC I see the 7 digits of the used BDC is still not changed (I mean that the original VIN of the used BDC is still there), how could I change this VIN?
